George reached out to me that same day and took the time to get to know me and help me make my dream come true! He was very considerate of my time and made not only me feel comfortable… but my parents. He went above and beyond the call of duty as far as walking me through all the bells and whistles of my vehicle. We stayed pretty late finishing up all the paperwork and he never made us feel rushed… he even insisted once we were done that if we could stop by the next day, we could get my truck detail cleaned since the service shop was closed for the night. Awesome experience! Just picked up a 2025 Tundra Limited TRD 4X4. The sales staff was awesome, especially Lionel! I like to drive a hard bargain and they humored me and played along. Pros:
1. Scheduling online was easy.
2. DOFI and Service consultant were pleasant, friendly, and welcoming.
3. I finally received a second key fob.

Cons:
1. When I scheduled the appointment online, I specified I was bringing it in for the 5k service, including "severe conditions" maintenance items (oil change, etc.), as well as a metallic clanging noise when shifting out pf park. Neither of these were addressed. Only the "normal conditions" 5k maintenance items were addressed.
2. Though I'm grateful I finally received a 2nd key fob, it took 7 MONTHS! Making matters worse, the 2nd key fob I finally received does not include an emergency key.
3. When I received the vehicle back, the power running boards would not deploy, as the control module was disconnected and was not reconnected when the service was complete.
4. A large, deep socket was left in the engine bay. Since the oil change was not performed, I took it to a Grease Monkey location for this service and luckily, they discovered the socket in the engine bay, which could have only been left there from my recent visit to the Toyota dealership. Obviously, this could have been disastrous and a major safety risk to not only the vehicle, but to my safety and that of my family.

UPDATE: I'm grateful for their quick response and what I gather is a genuine attempt to make things right.

Such a great dealership as a Toyota Taco owner I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve tried two other dealerships not far from Larry H Miller and they don’t hold a candle to these guys. If you want first class service with knowledgeable and friendly staff don’t look any further.

Plus they have great inventory of new vehicles to drool over while you wait for service and device friendly charging areas.
