I recently brought my newly purchased used car to this dealership for inspection and to address an issue with the heat not blowing air. They kept the car for nearly 11 hours and claimed the problem was due to a filter. However, when I came to pick it up, after they failed to inform me it was done, the heat still wasn’t working. The service representative insisted it had been blowing earlier, which I found difficult to believe since the heat hadn’t worked since I bought the car three weeks prior.

I had to return the next morning to drop it off again, only to be told that the blower motor was broken and that the replacement part would take three days to arrive. They estimated the repair cost at over $900, which I later found to be significantly overpriced based on my research. On Monday, when the part was finally installed, I also asked for my key battery to be replaced, but this simple request was ignored. While they did reduce the cost slightly, it didn’t feel sufficient given the miscommunication, inconvenience, and delays I experienced.

What frustrated me most was the repeated failure to listen to my concerns. On two separate occasions, the same representative seemed to dismiss or ignore the issues I described, leaving me feeling unheard as a customer. Adding to the frustration was their attempt to claim the heat had worked earlier in the day, which felt dishonest.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this dealership. Clear communication, attention to detail, and basic customer service are essential, and these were all lacking throughout the process.

Update: received a $75 refund

Best service ever! I had the pleasure of working with Sales Consultant, Suk Na. I usually dread having to deal with dealerships when car shopping. Suk made the entire experience painless. From the first phone call, to driving my car off the lot, the customer service that I received was top! Suk was very professional, and respectful of my situation. He got me into the most beautiful black VW Taos! I know that I had several VW dealerships closer to home in Douglas County, but I’m so glad that I traveled to Lakewood to work with Suk. I would recommend Suk to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. Even the finance department was painless! Logan, the finance gal, was so nice.
