First I made appointment
with Manny for a different truck, I live an hour away. Got there Manny out for or family emergency truck sold night before!!! Then I seen a truck on their website but it was located at the dodge location, I ended up getting that one from a salesman at the Volkswagen dealership, salesman Robert. Waited 5 hours to speak to financing, by that time banks were closed on Saturday. Daryl with financing didn't go over anything I needed to sign just told me to sign. I had to ask questions, almost left but then he said he would do his best to get me lower interest rates. Make sure your prepared to spend the day there if looking for a vehicle to purchase, ask questions and take your notebook.

Let me start but saying this is my First new car purchase. I’ve always bought used but it was time for something new.

The team is above and beyond our expectations! We told jokes and had an honest good time!
I’ve heard buying a car can be stressful or frustrating but NOT here! It was honestly a lot of fun and the whole sales team is to thank for that.

Terrible experience! Tried to buy a car working remotely with Manny (Web sales mgr). Was ready to purchase. Said he would get back to me with revised quote. Never got a call back. Sent email, texts and left voicemails. Basically ghosted me. Was expecting better from this dealership given how good the website looks.
