Dr Hans Van Der Hart. Calls himself a renowned psychologist! Please please do not go to him. His fee is an exorbitant 97€ and on the phone he said 79€! I called him from India for my daughter who is a student in UVA. She was undergoing anxiety as any individual of that age would coming to a new country, dealing with new culture, new peer etc.
Dr Hart convinced me over the phone that her visit to him would be beneficial to her as he would understand her issues by talking to her. Did he understand the issue, NO! Did he provide any help or solace, NO! Was he gentle and understanding, NO!
All he did was to make fun of our Indian culture, the way our families live, the racist comments he passed and above all the decision he made on our behalf that we shouldn't have sent our daughter to a new country when she was already so vulnerable.
Wow what a psychologist he was. Instead of showing any empathy or kindness he made my daughter feel so damn miserable that we had to rush to another one in India for Skype sessions.
I urge each one of you NOT to go to this gentleman, waste your hard earned money on him and get shamed for the way you live!
In case he denies having seen my daughter, which he has done in his previous comment section, I have all my chats with him on WhatsApp which I will readily and willingly post on this site
The Netherlands union of doctors should ban him by taking away his licence so that he may not ruin any other vulnerable adolescent undergoing anxiety.
In fact he had the audacity to text me the very next hour to say that he made a huge difference in her mindset and that she should come back to him again!!

Hans luistert erg goed en heeft me door een aantal rake opmerkingen goed aan het denken gezet. Het hielp me om heen andere aan te kijken tegen waar ik met zat. Samen en door met hem oefeningen te doen, heb ik ander gedrag aan geleerd dat ik in veel verschillende situaties kan toepasen. Een aanrader dus!

Ik ken persoonlijk deze praktijk. Hans beschikt over veel ervaring op het gebied van coachen op verschillende levensaspecten.

Hans heeft me goed ondersteuning geboden toen ik het nodig heb gehad.
