Great Family owned business.Nothing but good things to say. Father and son came replaced my pump; pipe broke a few time do to cheap install on previous owner but they got it. Good communication,honest, definitely a good company for your well water operations. Did I mention They're fast! Very happy with timing.

They are well specialists, not regular plumbers. The well in my rental property was broken. They fixed it within 4 hours. It includes locating the well [we didn't know where the well is], pulling the pipes and pump out, replacing the pump and tank, putting everything back, and cleaning the place up. Thw price is very reasonable. Since we didn't know how much labor needed to do the work, I asked for an estimate of a cap number. At end, Steve [the owner] took 400 dollars off the cap number. Because he found the well in 30 minutes and they could use machine to pull out the pump instead of doing it manually. They are honest, professional, very helpful and friendly. Before they left, Steve tested on the sprinkler system, and gave me some suggestions about the sprinkler system, even though he is not in the sprinkler business. I hope that there are more business like R and H Service, they are out really to help people, not to rip off people. BTW, the new pump and tank they replaced are a lot better than the HOME DEPOT stuff, Steve explained that my old tank was too small so it might make the pump work too hard. My husband talked to Steve before we used their service, Steve actually explained everything patiently at weekend his off time. We really appreciate their work and highly recommend their service.

Called on Thursday@ 2:30 pm. October the 7th .Called back immidately to let my Mother know they would be here in the morning on Friday. Ask for a pic of the pump. So they brought it with him. Called at 10:17 am on Friday the 8th was hear 11am. Work was done in an hour. Was very polite apologized for not being able to get here Thursday afternoon. Repiped and added a shut off valve and a
new spicket. Water was back on. Found a small leak to the holding tank fixed that too. Didn't leave till it all was in excellent working condition. Gave my mother a senior citizen discount. The price was resonable. And we will be using them from now on for any thing in the future. We were very Happy with the man that come out.

They were very prompt and friendly. I’m here from out of town to stay with my 92 year old mother. Our water just quit working on a Saturday. I called and they were out shortly and fixed our water pump in no time.
