This is one of those difficult things to rate. One the one hand, they have good decent products at a reasonable price. On the other hand, the owner (very helpful & knowledgeable lady) has a very rude, obnoxious daughter who acts as if she's doing you a favor by selling you products. I now only shop here if I absolutely need something at a reasonable price. If you can afford spend a little more, you're better off shopping elsewhere.

LOL I was just reading the reviews before even waisting time and going and thought this place cant be that bad. So I decide to call for pricing on some products. Lady left me hanging on the phone. All I heard was "ok bye" while I was still speaking to her. Funniest thing I had her on speaker and even my girl laughed. But in all seriousness. Yes the other comments are correct. They do have horrible people skills.

my experience was a little diffrent from most i am an old and new customer i just recently went to pick up a set of rims and i was helped out by someone named vince he was very helpfull and even helped me pick out a color that would shine on my 98 honda civic most def will go back for any other parts i need.!!

Not sure what everyone is so mad about. Went in for rims and tires for my accord. Look nice as hell and I ain't mad at the price.

I am guessing these other people reviewing are not used to buying aftermarket car parts.

A lot of people talk about bad service here but when I came to pickup my set of Jnc 034 the wheels were ready when I showed up. Ricardo the sales guy there gave me a good welcome and helped me out. If you want things done right talk to Ricardo.

Bought a supposed oem head gasket from this store! It lasted 8 months on my b20v which I used as a daily... my mechanic said not only was the gasket NOT oem, but was made from cheap material... don't give them ur business, nothing worse than fake product and bad attitude!!

Got some rims off them and the Asian lady never told me that my rims were going to be drilled very bad customer service never again i will buy rims off them
