Le shopping outlet se trouve en centre ville ! Attention compliqué de se garé dans les environs le mieux c'est de s'y rendre à pied ! Il ya pas mal de choix et dans toutes les tailles j'ai trouver mon bonheur les prix sont entre moins 30 à 40 % en général.
Je ne regrette pas mon passage a outlet birkenstock !

I was a bit worried after seeing some for the negative reviews but was very happy I decided to stop by. The associate was very helpful and the outlet section had some great deals in all sizes. They also helped me fill out my the VAT refund paperwork which was nice.

Be careful, they sold my 70 year old mother a pair of used shoes (had clear signs of mud on the soles and clear toeprints on the insoles). Gross, she didn't notice until she brought them home.
The shop assistants were extremely rude to her, confrontational and condescending when she complained about it.
Sorry but there is zero excuse for selling used goods as new regardless of if there is a discount.
I look forward to the owner's salty comments in response to this review which will be exemplary of their professionalism and self awareness.

My mother is not a liar. Read the other reviews and adjust your attitude towards your customers and maybe check your products more carefully rather than blaming your customers.
The only sad thing here is someone so inept at running a business they sell users goods as new and are rude to their customers.

Unethical selling at this store. Rude & humiliating customer service. Selling used shoes hidden among new at prices for new. Bought a pair of discounted winter shoes, only to find on closer inspection when I got home that they had been worn outside and evidence of foot pressure in the inner sole. On return to the store I was met with accusation that I had worn them outside and that there was no refund on sale shoes. Finally it was admitted that some of the stock from their outlet store had made its way there. Not their fault and it was perfectly ok because the shoes were discount anyway. They could not see that the used pair should not be discounted further. I left with the shoes as I really wanted them but had been humiliated and mocked by the coloured shop assistant in charge at the time. I have never had such a humiliating shopping experience.

You get into the shop and you already have the feeling you are bothering them.
The owner was that rude that I decided to leave the shop after I tried the shoes. One of my worst customer experience. They should better know how to deal with customers. I will never ever buy anything in there.
