An okay experience overall but not quite happy with the service/ money spent. The cut was good, no issues there, I am actually happy about it, but I feel like I have paid for a blow dry when I could have just dried my hair at home. My hair is naturally straight so usually when I pay for a blow dry they add a bit of volume by blow drying it and sometimes also use a straightener or a hair curler to give it some type of shape, which lasts for two days. it is supposed to be noticeable. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like I have been to the hairdresser and had a blow dry. Such a pity!

Went there for a haircut for the first time. Fang was fantastic, her service was excellent! So grateful to find a hairdresser from my hometown while being abroad! Her professional skills and patience to understand what my hair condition is like and willing to share her professional opinions with hair related questions. Will be coming back for more and more ☺️

The best hair cut I ever had, Elena was very nice and understanding, we both spoke about what kind of haircut will suit the best for my hair, as I have fine hair I was worried if layers would look nice on my hair, Elena did her best to understand what I needed and she did exactly how I wanted it to be. Thank you Elena for doing your best and for making me look beautiful. I will definitely recommend this salon. And will visit Elena again for future haircuts.

I popped into this salon a few months back as I was trying to find a place get a balayage done to my hair and this was local. The stylist with blonde hair (definitely Elena) just saw her picture on the website, was very rude. I asked what the price range was like as I haven’t done a balayage before and wanted to know how much it would cost me and she responded in a very standoffish manner ‘if varies on length and thickness’ then turned her back on me. I left the shop and will never step foot in there again. I was genuinely wanting to know more as I’ve never had my hair coloured. They need to learn to provide basic customer service by saying; you would need a consultation, would you like me to book you in?

I’ve been coming at Studio Mag since 2010. The hairdressers gave changed a few times, but the vibe and super quality service has always been the same 🙂
