After not wearing my new hearing aids for the last three years, I received a reminder that my warranty was about to expire so I made an appointment, and met the kind and patient Dr. Williams. He walked me through the process of using them as I totally forgot, linked me up to Oticon so I can use the online app to change the hearing environment I'm in, and I was very pleased that he took his time and explained everything. Thank you.

Dr. Williams worked with me to select hearing aids after I was diagnosed by Dr. House that I needed them. Dr. Williams spent much time with me, explaining the type of hearing aid I needed. He took care of ordering them for me. When I went in for my appointment to get my hearing aids he spent a great deal of time showing me how they worked and helped me to use them by myself. Dr. Williams was very understanding and kind as he dealt with an 83 woman who learning new electronic equipment like hearing aids is not an easy process. I really appreciate his time and energy. Dr Seong was incredible. She explained everything in detail, allowed plenty of time for questions, was easily understandable, and was endlessly patient. Of course, I am a little biased because my new hearing aid is amazing and I can hear for the first time in years. Either way Dr Seong and the House Institute are terrific.

I had complete confidence in my doctor Kevin Peng. I knew I would be in excellent hands. From the beginning of my day at the surgery center with the intake person, the staff was kind, caring and willing and able to answer every question I had. Nurse Jean made me feel immediately comfortable. I was very encouraged by the rest of the very fine staff from the nerve specialist to the main surgical nurse who both visited me and everyone in-between including the anesthesiologist. I hope I’m not leaving anyone out. All we’re superb. A big thanks to everyone who took such good care of me.
