Please look at other reviews besides mine. THESE GUYS SELL FAKES. Both in store and through their eBay store. Robbed me of $400 and refused to take the unused pair back after multiple other stores confirmed they were fake. Seems like I’m not the only one it’s happened to. If you want the real deal I would look else where. Fakes were bad enough to where someone here knows what they are doing and are defrauding their customers.

I recently purchased the New Balance x Joe freshgoods 990v4 intro from here… and I received them in the mail yesterday… I was highly impressed in the effort to make sure the sneakers were not damaged during its route… I usually buy sneakers from Goat, Stock x, flight club… places like that and you’ll always open a box and it’s just the sneakers in their box… but The Mag Park!! Made sure to wrap the box of sneakers in paper with tape! Then took it and put it into a nice fiber bag and tied it from the handles… I was highly impressed and very pleased… so thank you Mag park & Mikey (which I’ve spoken to before thru the fitted community) I will definitely be back again!

I would shop here with confidences. i’ve been coming to shop at this location for my wardrobe for years now, A place like this doesn’t last 5+ years in the industry selling knock offs.

I gotta say miki has great customer service, a full line of sneakers from Jordan to Yeezys at a reasonable resell price. Not many resell shoe stores in the San Fernando valley. If you’re ever around the area check em out you won’t be disappointed

I just want to say Magnolia Park did me a solid when my kid purchased a $2000 sneaker from them. I explained what had happened and they no questions asked took the sneaker back and refunded my money. This was at a time during the height of Covid and money was a little tight. I can’t thank them enough for understanding my situation and I am truly great full for what they did. Thank you again

Definitely will not be shopping here anymore. My first visit in store was great. Picked up a couple pairs of shoes and the guy who helped us out was very helpful and friendly. So I decided to order from there online store since I'm not in the CA area. I placed an order on 7/20/16 for 2 pairs of shoes and items came in a timely manner. But when I opened the box, I noticed that on one pair of shoes the sizing was completely wrong. The left shoe was a 9.5 and the right shoe was a 10.5. So I emailed them right away letting them know what happened. Got a reply back from Michael Guerra saying that he was going to get that corrected but never heard anything back from him. Finally after speaking to Jeremy for a month I got my money back 8/21/16 and they didn't even refund me my shipping. Ended up paying $25 for shipping on 1 pair of shoes. What a joke. Obviously this place don't care much about there customer. What a waste of my time having to deal with these guys.
