Good service and fast the only problem is that the new hours are not posted outside and if you call the operators don’t even give you the new hours. Please do something about it.

Thomas came and brought a very heavy delivery. He was extremely kind and went the extra mile helping me get things to my place because I definitely couldn't have lifted it myself. It is rare to find such excellent customer care and service these days and it should be recognized and praised.

Especially convenient for those people shipping, or conducting business in downtown area & specifically in the vicinity of South Park, Staples/ LA Live. Large facility offering all of UPS basic services + parking without the typical Starbucks-status crowd/s or lines/s line which frequents UPS's "storefront" retail locations

Customer counter is closed until 17:00(5pm) then it is open until 19:00(7pm). Basically opens for two hours Monday to Friday closed on weekends

Excellent customer service friendly and helpful, but do your research they only open Monday to Friday for a couple hour each day.
