Долго искал нужные ворота, приехал по гугду час искали куда мне нужно подать трак для разгрузки, потом оказалось что не те ворота, пришлось переезжать, вместо одной локации, возили по аэропорту, в целом ушло три часа

I have a business and I am missing a package worth 4,000 my customer has not received. I have insurance on it. The package was a 3 day air from NH that disappeared HERE the last stop before delivery. I write on all of my packages and take pictures so I have very detailed information.
I sent emails of all documentation to the claims dept. and upon waiting for further updates and correspondence, I received an email notifying me that my case was closed due to several attempts to contact. Since I have been waiting for and looking for correspondence I can say and note that I have not received ANY contact email or phone. The fact that an email was sent indicates you have me correct email. I HAVE DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING.
MY next phone call is the Attorney Generals Office for a full investigation and I might contact your local NEWS station for a very interesting (from the looks of your other reviews) Investigative Reportf... maybe we should haver FOX NEWS do a National investigative report, be great just before the holidays.

I have never received an on time package once from ups. Every time I pay for over night or two day shipping it still takes a week to arrive. The USPS is way better. I hate some stores only have ups for a delivery option.

This location by design loses (steals)your items. All past 4 items that have been bought by different services(amazon, ebay .etc ) have coincidentally been lost at this hub. They claim to had make the delivery but it's all a ruse. Please report them and give them hell under reviews so they can stop this abuse.

if there's a 0 star i would have done it, these people are slow at processing packages, my package has been there for 5 days being scanned. My package should have arrived by now.

Packaged was sent to this location to be delivered to me and for some reason they sent it to colorando (1000 miles away) in the opposite direction because of “sortation delay” ?
