MAG did such a beautiful job on our bathroom!! We had a very specific vision and they really helped bring it to life. This was our first ever renovation project and we went in knowing nothing, so it was great to have the help and support of Ernest and his team along the way. Some of our materials had longer lead times and they were very patient with us, and they cared more about us being happy with the final product than just getting in and out. I started this process with a different contractor who took half the money to install cabinets onto a wall. This took over a month before I finally told him to not come back, leaving me with cabinets attached to the walls and nothing else.

I was introduced to Ernest by a mutual contact, he came by my house and assessed what needed to be done. Not only that, he gave honest feedback and refused to take any sort of payment until he completed the job. He made promises on when he would show up and how long it would take. The price never changed and he was timely/efficient. He took the partially completed work that the previous contractor did and made it look perfect.

Ernest and his crew were timely, communicative, and incredibly professional. I hired MAG to install new tile floors in our kitchen and half bath. When Ernest visited for a consultation (that occurred within 24 hours of me contacting him), he suggested we install a backsplash and low-pro above range microwave to get ours off our counter. Those details were a game changer! We’re so happy with the final product and it came together in less than 2 weeks. He also checked back in with me after the completed work to see how we were liking it, and ensure that all appliances and plumbing were working properly after the re-installation. I would definitely work with MAG again on any big house projects!
